World of Science
Do you like to figure out how things work? If you enjoy experimenting with science and chemistry, then this class is for you. Each session will focus on a different scientific theory or natural principle. We will learn about the process being studied, perform experiments, and test our theories. This is a hands-on class; please wear older clothing that can get dirty.

Brain Twisters
Do you like puzzles, riddles, and logic games? This class is designed for those who enjoy these kinds of games. Each session will explore different mentally challenging games. Math, geometry, logic, and reasoning skills will be used to find solutions to problems both individually and in small groups.

Bugs, Insects and More!

Students will get to learn which is actually an insect—spiders, scorpions, crickets, or crabs. They will learn the life cycle of butterflies. And they will learn why crickets chirp. The young scientists will also get a chance to make Styrofoam models of insects (creating legs and antennae for each model) and to draw vividly colored butterflies.
