Greetings:
Normally this letter would be to welcome you to our Red Bud Art Show and to again ask for your participation. However, outside events have created an environment where this is not possible.
Due to the upheaved of both roads and businesses generated by the massive US 31 North Interstate road project in our location this summer we believe we could not present a quality show that would afford you proper presentation of your work and easy access for those attending. Our commitment has always been to provide a show that enhances our community and provides a forum for both established artist and those anxious to develop their skills. The construction is scheduled to be completed prior to next summer which will allow us to again present Red Bud.
Thank you for your past displays of art. We wish you the very best in your summer season and we look forward to seeing you again in 2013.
