Bugs, Insects and More!
Students will get to learn what is actually an insect—spiders, scorpions, crickets, or crabs. They will learn the life cycle of butterflies. And they will learn why crickets chirp. The young scientists will also get a chance to make Styrofoam models of insects (creating legs and antennae for each model) and to draw vividly colored butterflies.

Intro to Karate
This class will help develop the basics of karate in a fun, safe, and noncompetitive environment. This class is designed to familiarize young children with karate, class structure, and develop basic non-contact skills. Skills developed include patience, respect, self-confidence, kicking, blocking, and rolling. Once 2 Intros classes have been completed, you will advance to karate 1 and receive your white belt. Classes will go through progression from there testing about every 3 months.
