MacGregor Park & Nature Preserve The park, located on the NE corner of the junction of highways 31 and 38 was a gift of the Sheila MacGregor Beals Trust. It is a nature park preserved for our viewing yet very similar to the land Sheila came to after World War II—a peaceful place to see the simple beauty of flora and fauna as all generations before.
Our Parks Department sponsors regular walking groups throughout the week or you can enjoy on your own its winding paths. It is also available to organizations interested in the preservation of Indiana land and wild life (i.e. bird watching, photography, etc.). The park is accessed from Ste. Rte. 38. MacGregor Park is open year round from dawn to dusk.
